NETCOM Technologies' President, Roy Rea, believes "A safe jobsite is critical to a successful project and our bottom line".  In support of that statement, NETCOM Technologies has implemented a Company-wide safety program to be followed on all work activities. 

The purpose of the Safety Program at NETCOM Technologies is to establish clearly defined safe operating procedures for all Company business operations.  For this program to be effective, all employees must put it into daily practice.  Employees who fail to conform to safety regulations and requirements, after being notified that they are not in compliance, will be dismissed.  Adherence to safety regulations and requirements is critical to the Company's success and therefore taken very seriously at NETCOM Technologies.

The Company expects every employee to take personal responsibility for his/her own actions and assure that they always conduct their tasks in a safe and responsible manner.  The program guidelines (available upon request) are meant to establish minimum standards and to direct the employee in the safe performance of their duties. 

Even though a contract or job may have specific safety considerations developed expressly for the job, the NETCOM Technologies Safety Team stresses that the Company policies are minimum standards, even if higher than the required standards for the job, and should be adhered to whenever possible to meet the safety standards. 

The NETCOM Technologies Safety Team is comprised of three certified instructors.  The team focuses on improvements to the safety program, adherence to the procedures and policies of the program, tracking and reporting all safety-based activities, as well as regular instruction of employees in and out of the field.
