Bryan Hastings, Account Manager / Business Development
 

     

 Bryan Hastings joined NETCOM Technologies, Inc. in 2008 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over the past twelve years in the telecommunications industry.   He serves dual roles with NETCOM in both Account Management and Business Development.
 

Mr. Hastings started in the industry as a Lead Installation Technician where he quickly gained responsibility to manage large projects.   With the knowledge gained as a field technician, he was then hired by Freddie Mac as a Facilities Administrator with the responsibility of overseeing installation and maintenance of cabling infrastructure for eight DC area facilities and capital projects for five regional offices.

 

Mr. Hastings expanded his credentials and experience by accepting a position with Government Telecommunications Inc., a government contractor, as a Senior Systems Engineer.   At GTI he was responsible for responding to RFQ’s for cabling services under the GSA Wire and Cable Services (WACS) and CONNECTIONS contracts.   He also served as Technical Program Manager and Chief Engineer for the United States Postal Service ($40M+) and Executive Office of the U.S. Attorneys ($6.5M+) projects which were multiple site contracts for locations across the country.   In addition to technical and design responsibilities, Mr. Hastings played a vital role in contract negotiations, procurement, and sub-contractor oversight.

 

Mr. Hastings holds a B.S. in Technology Education from Virginia Tech and is a RCDD (Registered Cabling Distribution Designer) as well as a RCDD Outside Plant Specialist.   He resides in Haymarket, VA with his wife, son and daughter, and is very active as a Little League coach for both his children.

 
 
Bill Lambros, Senior Account Executive

Bill Lambros has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined Netcom Technologies, Inc. in 1992 and serves as the Senior Account Executive for this top-tier company. His unyielding dedication to excellent customer service has resulted in not only strengthened relationships with his clients, but also in the formation of strategic alliances with business partners.  

 

Mr. Lambros’s focus to deliver top quality service to each Netcom Technologies, Inc. client is reflected in the notable business relationships he has maintained throughout the years. He is responsible for the long-standing Bureau of Engraving and Printing account, which results in approximately $1 million annually.

 

His exceptional track record and focus for business improvement is also evidenced in his long-term management of Netcom Technologies, Inc.’s Verizon account. The on-going $8 million Verizon project with the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority consists of both inside and outside broadband video installations.

 

In addition, Mr. Lambros has responsibility for Ennis Electric, which includes numerous noteworthy projects such as the $3.8 million Department of Interior renovation, and the $1.6 million Department of Agriculture project.  

 

He has achieved numerous certifications in structured cable manufacturing products, and continues to provide leadership and quality account management. Mr. Lambros is a member of the Industry Advisory Council. He and his wife are also active in fundraising endeavors for the St. Georges Greek Orthodox Church in Bethesda, Maryland.
 
 
James D. Sarge, Director of Engineering

James D. Sarge joined Netcom Technologies, Inc. in 2003, as Director of Engineering.  In his current position, he is responsible for each intricate engineering detail, including; design, engineering, bill of material, cost estimates, processes and workflows.

 

Mr. Sarge has spent 21 years in the cable market sector. During this time, he gained experience in an array of senior technical positions. In 1986, he began his career at DynCorp, where he was responsible for the supervision of electronic security system installations worldwide, for the United States Agency for International Development, and the United States Department of State Foreign Offices.

 

Following that assignment, Mr. Sarge served at Henkels & McCoy, where he was promoted from Senior Project Manger to Area Manager. He has also offered his expertise in senior level positions for Tech, Inc., and Veterans Communications.

 

The Pentagon renovation project played a significant role in Mr. Sarge’s impressive career experience, as it was a result of his highly skilled performance throughout this project that brought him national recognition. During the Pentagon Above-Ground Telecommunications Backbone Wedge Renovation, as it was officially termed, he was Project Manager of the cable portion of this General Dynamics contract. His responsibilities included managing engineering, design, budget, installation, and production.

 

An accomplished designer and estimator, Mr. Sarge has offered his unique strengths and capabilities in several additional projects of significance including various Smithsonian Museums and the United States Census Bureau.

 

Mr. Sarge is a certified BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer, and an active member of the BICSI organization. He has obtained FCC Radio Telephone Engineer certification with radar endorsement, and is also certified in a multiple of structured cable manufacturer products. Additionally, Mr. Sarge is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers.
