Quality Assurance

NETCOM Technologies, Inc.'s is committed to provide our customers with quality installations. To insure our customers receive the installation that they paid for when they chose Netcom we have a quality assurance program. This program is lead by Dan Dosch. Dan has over twenty years of experience in the field of low voltage installation. Netcom has written and published a filed manual that depicts procedures, EIA/TIA standards, techniques and final product illustrations which serve as the guideline for our field staff and the measurement by which Mr. Dosch use to access a project.
 
Mr. Dosch reports to Netcom’s president, Roy Rea, directly. Mr. Dosch’s sole responsibility is to providing the customer with the quality installation that they purchased. He has no ties to sales or operations. This means Mr. Dosch’s decisions are never swayed by cost or profit impact to the project. Mr. Dosch’s is a salary employee that is only compensated for quality installations.
 
Our quality assurance program has many milestone check points. During the course of a project Mr. Dosch will survey the work. If the work meets Netcom’s standards the next phase or tasks can be implemented. In the event, the work does not meet Netcom’s standards, Mr. Dosch informs the assigned project manger and lead technician of the areas or work that does not meet Netcom’s standard. The Project Manager will give Mr. Dosch a time when the work will be corrected so that Mr. Dosch can return and sign off on the task of concern.
