 The Management Team at NETCOM Technologies is committed to product and service excellence and oversees and ensures this through a detailed Quality Assurance/Control Program.
This is a five step program comprised of the following:
1)
Staff and Technician training
– NETCOM Technologies is a BICSI Platinum partner with six (6) full-time RCDDs on staff.
These highly skilled engineers oversee design, specifications, material acceptance, proposal generation and certification.
In addition, NETCOM uses only skilled technicians to deliver and install its products.
2)
Quality material and products
– NETCOM Technologies is partnered with the top product and material manufacturers and providers in cabling infrastructure, security and telecommunications companies.
These partnerships lead to in=depth product knowledge and cross-company training to deliver quality results
3)
In-process quality control via inspection and test points
– Under the supervision of the Company Quality Assurance Specialist, reporting directly to the President of NETCOM Technologies, each job is reviewed to meet the Company’s and the programs highest standards.
As a side note, the Quality Assurance Specialist is a salaried employee that is only compensated for quality installations.
4)
Reliability monitoring and failure analysis
– The Engineering and Quality Assurance Management Team under the long-term warranties of NETCOM Technologies’ product and material providers also reviews test results and product installations to ensure every segment of the job is done correctly and meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s specifications.
5)
Document Control
– Is a methodology where the initiating, revising, approving, distributing, use, and archiving of documents is standardized and complete.
